The humans have moved into one giant city, freeing all the animals to reclaim the wild and fend for themselves. However, a group of weathly citizens bought the Province of Gideon, a land just for the horses, and a laboratory to grow food for the animals they are saving. They bring food here everyday, but never touch or even see the magnificant creatures, letting them live out their now wild lives.
